Are you ready to take on a new challenge ? Dining For Sight currently has 4 free places for people with visual impairment and disabilities to learn cooking skills in our kitchen. This programme will start on Thursday 16th April 2020 and finishes on Thursday 21st May 2020. This will take place at Queen Alexandra College in Harborne, Birmingham.
During this 6-week programme, besides making friends, you will learn:
- Basic kitchen safety tips and use of equipment.
- Essential food preparation and cookery skills.
- How to prepare specified sauces/dishes.
- How to eat well for healthy eyes and general health.
To celebrate the end of the programme (week 6), you and your friends will cook and serve a 3-course meal to guests on 21 st May 2020 (and your family members/friends if you want to invite them).

* Eligibility Requirements:
Must be at least 14 years old, no upper age limit
Must commit to the whole programme which is a total 6 evenings (Thursdays 6:30pm-9pm) and fund your travel to site
